Erin McCready

Emily (she/her) is a dedicated Clinical Director with experience working in acute inpatient psychiatric units, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, teaching, and supervisory roles. Emily is a strengths-based, person-centered therapist and supervisor who is passionate about empowering staff and clients to reach their personal goals. She has the privilege of supervising a strong, cohesive, and compassionate team and of teaching Safe Crisis Management curriculum to staff.
